Andrew DeCastro currently serves as the Senior Vice President of M&A and Energy Business Development. He has been with HomeServe since January 2009. Andrew manages two teams: an M&A team, specifically focuses on acquiring utility policy books, and also a business development team, focused on affinity partnerships in North America in the electric and gas sectors. Andrew has served roles predominately in finance and business development while at HomeServe, and has helped he helped lead utility partnerships with companies such as Dominion Energy, DTE Energy, AEP, South Jersey Energy Service Plus, Middlesex Water, Montana Dakota Utilities, Florida Public Utilities and SourceGas. Prior to HomeServe, Andrew worked at UBS Investment Bank, specifically within the Leverage Finance and Capital Markets Group. Prior to UBS, Andrew worked at General Electric Company in a variety of finance roles. Andrew received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hamilton College.

Brianna Govoni currently serves as Business Development Manager. She is responsible for working with cooperatives, municipalities and utilities to educate and develop the best program options for their residents. Prior to her current role, Brianna spent two years supporting the HomeServe energy sales team. Before joining HomeServe, Brianna worked in marketing, social media management and relationship marketing for a large medical practice in New York and Connecticut. Brianna received a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Sacred Heart University.

Jett Graham currently serves as Senior Director of Business Development. He works with investor-owned and cooperative utilities to educate residents and develop programs to protect homeowners from the expense of a wide range of unforeseen household repairs. Prior to HomeServe, Jett spent over 20 years in sales and marketing of enterprise solutions and partnerships to utilities and municipalities. His previous employers include Motorola, Silver Spring Networks and Sensus Inc.

Len Mize currently serves as Senior Director of Business Development. He has been with HomeServe since April 2016. Len has had the privilege of serving customers in various utility leadership positions throughout his 33-year career; from customer engagement, sales and marketing, navigating government relations, developing customer choice programs, implementing new billing systems, and most recently as the Sr. Director of Load Growth for SourceGas in Golden, Colorado. He fully understands the challenges that utilities are facing in this competitive environment. Len has been co-chair of the Southern Gas Association Meter to Cash Committee and active with the Residential Marketing Committee. Other industry accomplishments include Chairman, Nebraska Natural Gas Association, Board of Directors of the Colorado Petroleum Association and Chairman of the Midwest Energy Association Marketing Committee. Len holds a degree in Finance from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. He also completed Natural Gas Executive Training at the University of Colorado.
